At Sian Glitz & Glam, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. 1.  Sian Glitz & Glam will allow a full refund of any jewelry that is purchased for the buyer or his (her) immediate family if returned within 30 days in new condition.

2.  If the Item(s) was purchased as a gift for someone other than immediate family and returned within 30 days in new condition, then Sian Glitz & Glam will issue a full credit on the bearer's account to be used against future purchases.

3.  Items returned which were purchased by credit card will be refunded on the same card used at time of purchase.  Atfter deducting any service charges retained by the processor (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover)

4.  No returns on special orders, custom made jewelry, jewelry which has been altered (sized, engraved, etc) jewelry purchased at a special event or sales.

Returns and Refunds

How It Works

For customer convenience and safety, we encourage early holiday shopping this year. Unaltered and unworn holiday purchases are eligible for extended returns and exchanges through January 15, 2021. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All refunds and exchanges must be

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Clearance items or unaltered purchases from our ‘Once a Year Sale’ are eligible for exchange only.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 339 Hicksville Rd #801 Bethpage, NY 11714.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


To return your product, you should mail your product to: 339 Hicksville RD #801 Bethpage, NY 11714.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Merchandise much in original condition and packaging. Worn, adjusted or damaged product cannot be refunded or exchanged.
